Arise, shine

Ki va orech

For your light is come

U'ch'vod  Adonai alayich zarach

and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you

Hineh ha'choshech yechaseh eretz

Behold darkness has covered the land

ve'arafel leumim

and thick fog over the people

ve'alayich yizrach Adonai

But the Lord will shine upon you

U'ch'vod  alayich yira-eh

And his Glory will appear over you
